About Joe

There comes a moment in life when what used to work no longer does.

From the outside everything may look fine.

A career, responsibilities, achievements, a full calendar. Yet internally something feels off. Many of the people I work with describe feeling stuck, burned out, or constantly overthinking the next step in their life.

I know that place well.

My name is Joe Treger.

I am a transformational coach working with high functioning individuals who want more clarity, confidence, and alignment in their lives.

I was born and raised in a large ultra orthodox Jewish community in New York where religion, family, and tradition shaped nearly every part of life. Questioning the system around you was not something people did.

But curiosity has always been stronger than my comfort zone.

As a young man I began exploring the world outside the life I grew up in. That curiosity eventually took me across more than seventy countries where I experienced different cultures, philosophies, and ways people approach life, growth, and meaning.

Where my journey began

Along the way I also built businesses, led teams of hundreds of employees, worked closely with doctors in healthcare environments, and helped start a nonprofit supporting people living with Crohn's and Colitis.

Those experiences taught me something important.

Many people who appear successful on the outside are carrying pressure, uncertainty, or a quiet sense that something in life is no longer aligned.

Lessons from business, leadership, and life

During different chapters of my own life I began exploring practices that helped me reconnect with myself in a deeper way. Meditation, breathwork, yoga, and other body based practices became powerful tools that helped me step out of constant thinking and back into clarity and presence.

What began as a personal exploration gradually became something more. I started guiding others through these practices and saw how quickly people could shift when they were given the space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Over time this work naturally evolved into coaching and supporting others through their own transitions.Over the years that personal exploration naturally evolved into guiding others.

Today I work with people who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves. Many are high functioning professionals who have achieved a lot in life but know there is another level of clarity, freedom, and alignment available to them.

Through coaching, retreats, and one on one work I have helped hundreds of people navigate life transitions, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

The work I do today

My role is not to tell people who they should become.

It is to help them slow down, reconnect with themselves, and make decisions that feel aligned with who they are now.

Because most people are not lacking answers.

They are simply disconnected from themselves.
